About Zeb Hartline
Zeb Hartline comes from the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine, where he served the team as the Executive Chef and Director of Restaurants since November 2014. Zeb learned first-hand cooking “farm-to-table” on the 67-acre produce farm he grew up on in southwestern Michigan. Zeb continued with his dedication to cooking and trained at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Orlando. He has an affinity for BBQ and has won over two dozėn'awards on the professional circuit, making Texas a natural fit.
