About Marcus Inglizian
Marcus started his coffee career in 2013 as a barista at Zynga, a tech company in San Francisco. Over a period of more than three years, he received training from local roasters Blue Bottle, Four Barrel, and Sightglass. He was promoted to manager of the Zynga coffee bar where he stayed until 2016 when he relocated to Chicago. There, he worked as a barista for Dark Matter Coffee and then for Sawada Coffee. From there he was promoted to Coffee Trainer for Hogsalt Hospitality, training new baristas for a nationally acclaimed group of cafes and restaurants. In 2018 Marcus returned to San Francisco where he currently works as barista and trainer at Cassava, a cozy restaurant in the Outer Richmond neighborhood.
