Nicolai Lipscomb has cooked in Boston, Spain, Italy, San Francisco, and Australia. In Boston, he apprenticed at No 9 Park and opened B&G Oysters. In Spain, he worked at Arzak, El Celler de Can Roca, and Fundacion Alicia. In San Francisco, he was the CDC at The Fifth Floor and the executive chef at The Battery. Nicolai is now focused on Niche Events, a multi-chef experience, and Ferdinand's Paella, an approachable Pop-Up, in the Sacramento area.
