About Matt Cruz
Matt Cruz has been hosting his own popup in New York City over the past year in partnership with Resident. Prior to NYC, Chef Cruz was part of the Sous Chef team at In Situ and the Executive Sous of Lazy Bear in San Francisco. Cruz has also spent time cooking in Los Angeles and Chicago along the way working for Chef’s Miles Thompson, Michael Voltaggio and Charlie Trotter. He was named one of Zagats 30 under 30 in 2015. Cruz is also the creator of KÆDEM, a future pop-up and restaurant.
