Teodoro "Teo" Montoya is the chef of breakfast pop-up, Eat Rad in Whittier. In 2016, Teo was listed on Zagat’s 30 under 30: Rock Stars Redefining the Industry and highlighted for his Asian-influenced Mexican dishes sold via his Caló Provisions stall at the popular Smorgasburg market in Downtown L.A. His previous stints include working alongside Eggslut's, chef Alvin Cailan, during the earlier food truck days.
