I am the Executive chef La Perla Restaurant in Beaufort, NC. La Perla is a Spanish/Latin American Restaurant rooted in traditional Southern food. We are committed to sustainable seafood - our fish specials change depending upon what is caught fresh in local waters. Most of our proteins are locally sourced and humanely raised. Our menu changes slightly every day, reflecting the changing seasons and to source local produce when available. The wine list is focused on the regions of our food and most of our wines hail from Spain, Chile, Argentina and Portugal.
