About Cesar Oceguera
My name is Cesar Oceguera I am the Executive Chef of Carte Hotel. I was born and raised in San Diego, CA. I love my city and I am trying to make it a foodie town. I have worked in Las Vegas, NYC and Hawaii. I loved my experience in NYC and I feel it gave me the passion and heart to work hard and try to make something out of nothing. Same values and attention to detail I learned at The French Culinary Institute in NYC.
