About Peter Fred
Born in the Bronx, NY and raised in Milford, PA, Chef Peter Fred learned to cook by helping his great grandmother in the kitchen. He began his career from the ground up, washing dishes for his first restaurant job at age 14. Chef Fred attended the Culinary Institute of America in New York after high school and graduated in 2010. Since then, he has traveled the world developing unique menus and memorable dishes. He is currently the Executive Chef for Tuyo Restaurant in Miami, FL.
