About Matthew Roberts

Matthew Roberts is the Culinary Director and Farm Liaison at Cuyama Buckhorn, in Central California. A 2006 graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Program, Matthew has 15+ collective years of food and wine experience, including time with Corina Weibel at her now-shuttered Canelé, in Los Angeles, and with Chef Bruce Kalman at Union Restaurant in Pasadena. Matthew also worked as a private chef, on a series of intimate, seasonal farm and field dinners, and pop-ups, all over Southern California.
