About Daniel Stephan
Sacramento native who spent some time living in San Francisco where I fell in love with artisan sourdough bread. This led me to my bread baking curiosity. I started Niche Bread out of my house selling to friends and family. Eventually leading to working at Tartine Manufactory where I honed my skills. My business partner and I are currently working on opening our new cafe and bakery called Niche Bread and Company.
