At an early age I began to work in the food service industry as anything I could for work. As time progressed I became infatuated with cooking and food. The chefs and cooks became mentors. My curiosity and artistic eye were what inspired me to attend culinary college and seek a profession in the food service industry. Through the years I gained experience working in the developing Charlotte dining scene. My inspiration in cooking is rooted from my roots in Jalisco,Mexico and LA.
