About Camila Loew
Camila is the founder of Sobremesa Culinary Tours, based in Barcelona. Camila teaches regularly in Barcelona, and does guest appearances in the SF Bay Area, where Sobremesa was originally founded. She specializes in Spanish regional cuisines, and has a penchant for all things Japanese. Her favorite food is rice. Camila founded and directs the Food Studies & Gastronomy program at the Univ. of Barcelona. She loves cooking with produce that grows around her home in the Collserola hills.
