About Brenda Landa
Brenda Landa is a Bay Area native, whose passion for cooking started in her mother's kitchen. She began cooking in restaurants shortly after moving to San Francisco to attend SFSU, and has since worked at Cassava, Nopa, Cotogna, and others. She spent the summer of 2019 interning at the Rome Sustainable Food Project, learning the essentials of classic Italian fare under the direction of Alice Waters of Chez Panisse. Since her return, she has worked as a private chef throughout the Bay Area.
