As a professional cooking instructor for almost 20 years, I get my charge and my joy for teaching students not just how to cook, but how to love cooking! Trained in classic technique in NYC, I opened my own school in a DC exurb 15 years ago. We cook with beer, teach hollandaise, bake bread and work with adults, kids, and teens to get everyone excited to give new foods and techniques a go. We like to have fun in our kitchen with engaging hands-on classes and demos sure to get you cooking!
