About Amanda Cushman
I am a chef, food writer and culinary instructor who has cooked and taught all over the U.S. I recently relocated to the Netherlands and have adjusted to my tiny, yet perfect kitchen that reminds me of a galley on a ship. Having taught classes for over thirty five years I enjoy sharing my knowledge of fresh, global flavours with people from all backgrounds. Having lived in LA, NYC, Miami and Jamaica, these experiences influence my cooking and teaching style.
