About Marisa Kroes
Marisa is the chef/owner of Orange & Blossom, a farm-focused patisserie in Portland, Oregon. She studied pastry arts at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, then International Affairs and Italian at the University of Colorado. While studying abroad in Italy, she fell in love with the vibrant slow-food movement of Tuscany, laying the foundation for her love of seasonal cooking and ingredient-driven baking. Prior to moving to Portland, she was the head pastry chef of Slanted Door.
