About Renee Cade

Renee Cade is the West Coast Foodservice Sales Rep, at TCHO Chocolate. When she isn't on the road, she's recreating chocolate recipes from her pastry chef days from working at luxury and boutique hotels in San Francisco and Arizona. Renee's diverse background is inspired by her innovative pastry style from her influence growing up in Japan and Hawaii. She is passionate about dessert and proudly states that “it is the best part of any meal.”
