About Jonathan Kwon
Jon Kwon joined the Cassava team in early 2013, just days after his 21st birthday. Originally hired to manage the dish stations, he quickly revealed his talent in multi-tasking as the Kitchen Expeditor. Keeping the back of the house moving at a manageable yet steady pace, Kwon showed his attention to detail and eye for presentation. Increasing his skills and evolving into a strong chef and leader, Kwon has been Executive Chef Kris Toliao’s right-hand man since 2016.
