About Gianni Vietina
Along with his brother, Nicola, and their father, Alfio, Gianni has helped run Madeo Ristorante since it opened in 1985. He is a Certified Sommelier (Gold Pin) and former instructor for the “Italian Sommelier Association” and the “North American Sommelier Association”. In 2019 Gianni partnered with Federico Fernandez to open Bianca, a restaurant dedicated to Italian, French, and Argentinian cuisine. Gianni is also co-founder and producer of “Cyrano” Armagnac, distilled in France.
