Born in NYC, grew up in Paraguay then returned to eat, sleep and cook in NYC for 17 years until last year. Current Home is Asuncion. Co-Owner of a Commercial Kitchen / Eatery called Atelier currently producing international signature sandwiches due to the current Local Government Quarantine Regulations of "delivery only" service.
