About Christopher Stephens
16 years of culinary experience. I'm a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Denver, CO. After graduating with an Associate in Culinary Arts I worked in a variety of restaurants in and around Denver before deciding to pick up and move to Dallas for a nice change of pace. Upon arriving, I worked for Bolas as one of the saute cooks before leaving and becoming the new Sous Chef at TJ's Fish Market and Grill. About a year and a half ago, I decided to start focusing on becoming a personal chef.
