Rachel Sillcocks is the chef/co-owner of upcoming Hilda and Jesse, a brunch pop-up celebrating the food of Latvia. She met her partner Kristina when they worked alongside one another at Range Restaurant, where Rachel was the Executive Chef. She has worked at popular restaurants in the Bay Area.
