Bill Corbett is a chef who is currently opening up a vegetarian pop-up restaurant. He is a longtime San Francisco pastry chef who has won loads of Bay Area accolades over the years, most recently as the five year-long lead pastry chef for the Absinthe Group. He was named San Francisco Magazine Best Pastry Chef in 2011.
