About Chad White

Chad White started his culinary career after joining the U.S. Navy on 9/11. After serving his country he continued honing his skills at the Hotel Del Coronado signature restaurants Prince of Whales and 1500 Ocean under the helm of Jason Shafer. Chad earned much acclaim from his seafood cookery in San Diego and Baja California where he was part owner in Sea Rocket Bistro, Comun, and La Justina. After competing on Top Chef season 13 Chef White has opened 3 award-wining restaurants Zona Blanca, High Tide Lobster Bar, and TT's Old Iron Brewery in his hometown Spokane, Washington.
