Tony Ferrari is the chef/co-owner of Hillside Supper Club and Provender. After graduating from culinary school at Johnson and Wales University, he worked at a variety of notable Miami restaurants before traveling to Europe to learn about old world technique and culinary traditions. Thus, finding his passion for old world traditions and a casual, rustic style of cooking. And is also the CEO of Ferrari Bros.
