Chef Rogelio Garcia began his culinary career in Yountville at age 15. spending many years working in notable Michelin star rated kitchens throughout Napa Valley and in San Francisco, such as Cyrus, The French Laundry, Angele, The Commissary and Spruce as the Chef, Rogelio was also a contestant on Bravo’s Top Chef Season 15 and has cooked at the famed James Beard Foundation House.
