About Richard Papier

Bio Chef Richard Papier ,has work for some of the top chefs such as Emeril Lagasse , Donald link , Susan Spicer, Nathanile Zimet of Boucherie and Guilemero Peters of Taqueuros Coyoacan . Richard was Executive chef of the Delachaise then moved to North Carolina where he was the chef at Green valley Grille in the posh O'Henery hotel. He returned to New Orleans and began catering for film and tv. Occasionally cooking tapas at swirl Which Led to him opening Led to him opening Araña.
