It's all about the chopped chicken liver for Brittanny Anderson, chef/owner of Brenner Pass.

Chef Brittanny Anderson is busy. Between running and co-owning Brenner Pass and Metzger Bar & Butchery in Richmond, competing on Iron Chef, and traversing the country cooking at events, there isn’t much time left for anything else. When she does get a night off in town, she heads to Dinamo with her girlfriends. Here's her guide:
Where to sit:
"We like to sit up in the front window near this cool airplane propeller that's moving all the time. It’s usually a table of four or five of us and we drink way too much wine, hang out for hours, get too loud, and probably bother everyone. [laughs]"
When to go:
"It's a small place, it only has about 25 seats, so its best to go early or on a weekday, which is perfect for me since I work weekends. I go monthly, but I wish I could go every week."
What to order:
"I always get the eggs in tuna sauce, but the pro-tip is don’t eat your bread because there's always extra tuna sauce and you want to soak it up with your bread. And the chopped chicken liver crostini is my favorite thing on earth. I don’t know what they do to it. It's just chicken liver and egg with a ton of red onion. And you have to order a bunch of salads to share, like flatbread with hearts of palm."
Who to talk to:
"Abbie does all the wine and she will pick you out the best stuff!"
