Chefs from across California are sharing their #FoodForThought on a mission to help feed the state’s hungry, and ChefsFeed is excited to amplify their efforts.

The California Milk Processor Board — creators of got milk? and toma leche — and the California Milk Advisory Board are teaming up with Feeding America to provide one million meals and one million servings of milk to those who need it most.

Participating chefs include Brandon Jew (Mister Jiu’s), Kim Alter (Nightbird), Simileoluwa Adebajo (Eko Kitchen), Phillip Esteban (OpenGym and White Rice), and Bill Bracken (Bracken’s Kitchen).

You can help, too. From now until September 30, look for these chefs’ thoughtful acts of kindness on Instagram. Then share, post, or re-post tagging @gotmilk and #FoodForThought to help sponsor meals — for free.

Every dollar donated to Feeding America secures the equivalent of at least 10 meals on behalf of their network of local member feeding programs in CA, including nutritious foods like milk.

More than 4.2 million Californians are facing hunger right now. All it takes is a quick re-post to help.
