A list that leaves out approximately zero of life's best things, from one of Austin's best pastry brains, ever.

1. Wiener dogs

2. Triple creme cheeses

The Délice de Bourgogne never fails and is super accessible. 

3. Reading cookbooks 

I just bought The Last Course: The Desserts of Gramercy Tavern. It's an oldie but a goodie.

4. Online shopping, sales

Madewell. I just can't not. 

5. Swimming at the Greenbelt...

...if there is water.

6. Wine tasting in the Texas Hill Country

Especially Kuhlman Cellars and William Chris Wines

7. Sparkling water 

We have a machine at work!

8. Salt & Time

Nitro cold brew and a sando for lunch.

9. Citrus trees 

We don't own our house but if we did.... In the meantime, I buy them for my parents' house.

10. Cooking at home with my fiancé

He cooks, I drink. 

*BONUS* 11. Queso 

It's big in Texas. I grew up with it, and now I'm addicted.
