Here's what he's stoked on, in no particular order. Dead animals! True(ish) love! 

1. Chef dinners. 

We have a ton of fun in each other's cities.

2. Opening my third restaurant. 

Shit is big and crazy!

3. Tinder. 

New and exciting hobby for my girlfriend and me.

4. DJing. 

Stopping playing about 10 years ago, just picked it back up.

5. Smoking meat. 

I'm obsessed and still have lots to figure out.

6. Old school diners. 

Fucking love them.

7. Canada. 

The ingredients and chefs in Canada are the fucking best!

8. Taxidermy. 

It fills my house and restaurants. I love dead animals.

9. Glass bottles. 

I am working on bottling my sauces — it's hard to find cool shit that isn't crazy expensive.

10. Spring

Excited for menu changes and vegetables!
