"Dispatch from the test kitchen: We have so many incredible flavors on deck for holiday, winter, spring. Each one of them representing the work and passion of dozens of people - growers, makers, producers, #teamjenis and more. These are from today's successful trials and will be up in Spring: some butter toffee coated peanuts and a surprise cream, and a banana brûlée or flambé or something (with fresh bananas, caramel and burnt sugar candy plus a special 🥃). Soooooo glad @caramangini / @little_eater is my sister in law because I need straight and beautiful veggies after today's EPIC tasting. #flavorsthatbloom"

"Making this fresh apple and beet granita served with salty caramel ice cream with our friends on GOOD DAY COLUMBUS this morning! Lynd Fruit Farm just opened for picking and Hirsch apples are available at @little_eater ! Ohio apples are so fragrant that when I was making this yesterday you could smell fresh apples all the way down the hall! A good way to eat apples when it's still summer and you aren't ready to cook them. Tune in! 🍎🍎🍎🍎the beet is just there for color 🎈. @gooddaycolumbus"

"These unforgettable clams. Escabeche style wrapped in coconut milk, red curry, ginger, garlic - the lightest touch - perfect with accompanying champagne last night at the wonderful new @airschampagne parlor in Greenwich Village (love a parlor). I can't get them off my mind. I really can't. Celebrating a successful balls-to-the-wall two days in NYC - we don't have a shop here, but man, this city comes out for our ice cream in a big way. Almost feels like home every time I come back."

"My jeans are SO TIGHT today and I have only myself to blame. Yesterday I ate 50 plates of food at #teamfordfry's @attackofthekillertomatofest and sipped 20 cocktails then went out for queso and stellar churros with co-judges @jakecohen and @jordanarothman at @mineroatl - WHAT KIND OF FOOL DOES THAT? I'm cutting off circulation to my feet today with my tight as heck jeans. But it was heaven, wasn't it? Swipe left for the Churros. (There are no typos in this post - yes, I meant fifty, as in 5️⃣0️⃣)"

"We're collaborating with @littletartbakeshop for chef @fordfry 's Attack of the Killer Tomato Fest in ATL tomorrow and serving our Peach Lassi BFY with the illustrious @sarahfrannytart 's green tomato blackberry crisp. She gave us the recipe last week so we could photograph it and it's amazing! We did our best to represent it well here - but can't wait to try the real deal tomorrow! Tomorrow I'm also a judge for the food competition - I mean....how'd I get this flipping lucky. See you there!"
