"My favorite bar meets my favorite dish at this East Austin food truck. East Side King at The Liberty offers their Thai chicken karaage over their Liberty Rice. Glazed, crispy, sweet-and-spicy karaage chicken on top of ginger rice, smothered in Kewpie Japanese mayo and a ton of fresh herbs. This is stinky-hipster-foodie-truck-picnic-table-dogs-on-the-patio-with-cold-beer goodness!"
