"Just because it's winter doesn't mean the vegetable garden is taking a break. My chicory is off the charts gorgeous and delicious right now. Bought these fun seed packs at @bigjohnspfi last year and could not be happier with the results! I absolutely love grilling escarole, I find it sweetens and softens the bitter and that char just adds to the deliciousness. A little drizzle of Saba and life is complete. My favorite greens by far!
