About Valerie Gordon

Valerie Gordon is the chef/co-owner of Valerie Confections. From a childhood love of decadent sweets, she developed a lifelong passion for discovering and creating delicious moments with food. She has forged a varied and unique career, equally adept at running fine restaurants as she is working in a busy kitchen. She is a celebrated chocolatier who has been recognized in Food and Wine, Bon Appétit, and Saveur, served as a guest judge on BRAVO.
