Ryan Shelton is the chef for Merchant Roots. His positions include chef de cuisine of Baume, which earned two Michelin stars before it's second anniversary; executive chef of Reverb Kitchen & Bar; pastry chef at Michelin-starred Chez TJ (Mountain View, Calif.), and executive chef at Bonny Doon winemaker Randall Grahm’s Le Cigare Volant.
