Chef Heidi Gibson reviews The 1833 Burger at Restaurant 1833
$$$ | Modern | American
"This is a burger to end all burgers... perfect bun, crazy double patty, with a side of sauerkraut dusted steak fries. We actually brought one home to eat for breakfast the next day, I'm totally not kidding. The restaurant itself is charming and eclectic, with a swanky bar and outdoor firepits. Service is perfectly on point. Highly recommended destination for a great night out whether you're with a large group or out on your own."
Chef Heidi Gibson reviews Pot de creme with warm monkey bread at Restaurant 1833
$$$ | Modern | American
"The details on this dish change seasonally - it may be maple pot de creme with pickled grapes, or lemon verbena with figs - but if this dish is on the menu then you must order it, every variation is divine. My friends and I fought over the last bite of this, and we were already stuffed from the rest of the top-notch menu at Restaurant 1833."
