About Jen Yee

Jennifer Yee is an award-winning and James Beard recognized pastry chef based in New York City. She was most recently the opening pastry chef at Chef Andrew Carmellini’s French grand café and bakery, Lafayette. She arrived by way of an education and training with Ivy League equivalency, beginning at London’s Le Cordon Bleu.
