Bio

Chef Amy Brown is a Baker, Proprietor, and Candlestick Maker at Marla Bakery. In the last 15 years, she has been a bread baker, pastry cook, and most recently running the Pastry Program at Nopa Restaurant and starting the Brunch Program. Years of hard work and love for her craft has led her to embark on a new chapter in her career; starting her own bakery with husband, Joe Wolf.

"Hand rolled and cooked in a wood oven, you can tell these are made by a long time baker. The everything bagel has gone all California with seedy toppings and they make their own farmer cheese which is the perfect shmear. Worth the trek."
