Chili con queso
"I know the more renowned Tommy's is down the street but Tia's is my go too. The margaritas are fresh squeezed and the food is better. The queso is our go too, share an entree and a couple margaritas and you are set. Optimum stretchiness on the queso"

"I can see this being me when I get older... great sandwiches and fast. Not sure how US would go for the textureless sandwiches but I sure do #pizzacrawl39 #myoldself"

"Last meal in Italy was a good one. Maialino, oxtails, gricia. Super toursty look and feel at 1st but some legit, tasty food. Thanks @katieparla for the recommendation."

Chef Bridget Batson reviews Purgatorio pizza at Pizzeria Delfina

"The sauce on this pizza is super spicy. Plus it has a farm egg cooked on top and then Pecorino shaved over it. As you can see, I'm a fan of anything with an egg on top."
Chef Roman Petry reviews Chilled tripe "Tripperia style" at Pizzeria Delfina
$$$ | Italian, | Pizza

"This tender, chilled tripe is dressed with lemon and good olive oil—then sprinkled with sea salt and parsley. It’s so refreshing and packs a whole lot of flavor while being really balanced. Add some of the home-made chili oil to get even more kick out of it."
Chef Patrick Kelly reviews Neapolitan meatballs at Pizzeria Delfina
$$$ | Italian, | Pizza
1 Review
"The meatballs in sugo at Pizzeria Delfina are absolutely rockin’. They remind me of my little Sicilian grandmother’s meatballs and sauce. They are as close as they come (although I would probably never tell her that). They’re simple but they really take me back to being a little kid and having Sunday suppers at my grandma’s house."
