Bio

After four years serving as executive chef at Blackhawk Grille in California, Bergeron is excited to take the reins of Chroma Modern Bar + Kitchen. Throughout his career, Bergeron’s modern American style has been influenced by world cuisines thanks to his years of experience and his family. In his current role, he continues to push the limits of creativity pulling inspiration from Florida’s culture and bounty of local ingredients.
