Bio

Katsuji Tanabe, hailing from Mexico City, is the executive chef of Mexikosher - bringing authentic Mexican cuisine to LAX and New York City. He is also opening his own Mexican and Japanese fusion restaurant, Barrio, in Chicago. As well as an upscale Kosher restaurant, Baranda, in Beverly Hills.
