"Wishing I was back at #mextexmonday at @bithousesaloon ... showed up with a paper bag of fried chicken for @rickybella90 @dougiepdx @creme_fraiche & got to try all this DELICIOUSNESS. San Antonio smoked chicken (tender & moist & completely saturated with smoke) with the richest refried beans ever, braised goat enchiladas to die for, extra special fried chicken back (you got me good Doug) & sopapillas with burnt cinnamon ice cream. Y'all are so talented and I'm lucky to know you. ❤🎯🏆💎👑 . . . . . . #pdxeats #eater #bareaders #foodandwine #huffposttaste #feedfeed #bonappetitmag #chefsfeed #food52 #f52grams #forkyeah #tastingtable #eaterpdx #pdxevents #pdxdining #pdxpopup #hospitality #texmex #bonappetit"

"#latergram - Wild ride at #moyancurry in shibuya... first, giant cauldron of the stuff in the window. This "curry" is made from tons of fruits and spices (apple, mango, banana, celery, olive oil, 25 spices) and cooked for two whole days, then "matured" for two weeks. Pretty wacky. Then, roasted duck with leek sauce, chilled tofu, and roasted mushrooms with cheese. I'm a big fan of the Japanese move of putting cheese all over everything. Then, our entree - wagyu beef cheek in curry with rice. The curry was closer in flavor and texture to a mole... insanely deep, homogenous, intense. And weird. . . . . . . #eater #bareaders #foodandwine #huffposttaste #feedfeed #chefsfeed #bonappetitmag #bonappetit #foodandwine #eaterinternational #eatertokyo #wagyu #curryrice #tokyo #shibuya"

"My favorite Fried Chicken in Portland! Hands down, the crispiness is just right, balance and spices are addictive yet the chef clearly respects the chicken. Plus, chicken fried in 3 fats?! So good!"
