Master chocolatier, Chef Lionel Clement, is developing the delicious treats at Nuubia SF. Lionel has claimed several awards including winning the USA National selection for the World Chocolate Masters in New York City in 2008, placing 2nd among 20 of the finest chocolatiers in the world at the World Chocolate Master Final in Paris in 2009, and recently being honored as Pastry Live's 2011 Chocolatier of the Year.
