Bio

Chef Anthony is the executive chef of Bacco Ristorante in Southfield, MI. A 2004 Culinary Institute of America graduate, Lombardo honed his butchery skills at a salumeria in the Piedmonte region of Italy and also worked at the Michelin-starred Villa Maiella Ristorante in Abruzzo, where Del Signore's family hails from.
