"10-Minute Green-Miso Noodle Soup for dinner tonight inspired by @heidijswanson โ€˜s latest! Stirred up some miso w/leftover carrot-top pesto then added to boiling water to make a broth. Poured the broth over quick-cooking, thick + hearty rice noodles then drowned all these crisp, fresh bok choy, broccoli, carrots + herbs in the hot broth to cook them while crisping bacon + frying eggs...sweet little weeknight trick that will be on rotation this winter! โœจ๐Ÿœ๐ŸŒฑโœจ"

"Real talk: thereโ€™s so much creamy/salty coconutty-ness in this #vegan Roasted Pumpkin + Coconut Soup w/Turmeric + Ginger, I almost thought about turning it into ice cream! ๐Ÿฅฅ๐Ÿ˜ The #recipe is linked in my profile ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿผridiculously simple (and you probably already have most of the ingredients on hand!) Hope you enjoy! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ"

"If I told you there was a fluffy Japanese-style cheesecake under this lovely mess of whipped maple + buckwheat cream, perfect summer blueberries + "torn shiso," would you believe me?! Even in a makeshift-kitchen, @canlisrestaurant own @williamsbrady knows how to coax the delight out of the surprises.๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผโœจ#rapharides"

"July 29th -- Market Haul 6 :: Chicories! And more of those sweet baby greens + tat soi leaves AND Russian kale...because kale. Long white daikon, little Mokum carrots, deep purple beets + more magenta turnips bound to be quick pickled, plus sweet onions, summer squash, new red potatoes + picked-this-am corn bound for the grill. The cucumbers, juicy heirloom toms and squash blossoms to be enjoyed just as they are w/the palisade peaches. I don't know what to do w/the yellow watermelon or the little yellow shiro plums yet, or w/the fact that this is THE LAST week for cherries. If I could stop time on this home-grown summer in Colorado, I would. โ€ข โ€ข #knowyourfarmer #realfood #cyclingchef"

"Eating a popsicle on the stoop w/your squad is a childhood summer dream. Being *mature* enough to have a popsicle for breakfast would be the adult version, right?! Recipe for The Strawberry Popsicle of My Dreams (perfect for breakfast or post-ride snack) linked in profile! โค๏ธ๐Ÿ“โค๏ธ๐Ÿ“"
