"I like to get a 2-piece order of dark meat, a half dozen oysters and the Siam salad for lunch almost every week. Eating fried chicken and oysters in the same sitting is such a casual luxury. I like to finish with the super healthy Siam salad—a citrusy raw Napa cabbage salad garnished with peanuts, shallots and oranges."

"This salad has lots of Thai ingredients and fish sauce, with well-balanced flavors between sour, sweet, salty and tangy. It’s a pretty good-sized salad for a hungry guy, too. You can also add chicken or shrimp to beef it up. If you’re going for dinner, try to get there early. They are usually packed."
