Bio

Dahlia developed the menus and pastry departments for all of Mozza’s LA restaurants and oversees the department in Newport Beach, San Diego, and Singapore. Dahlia has been thrice-nominated for the James Beard Foundation’s Outstanding Pastry Chef Award. Her work has been celebrated in the Los Angeles Times, LA Weekly, New York Times, Bon Appetit, Food & Wine, GQ, and Metropolitan Home.
