About Marcus Rohlen

Swedish-born Marcus joined the Pollen Street Social team in 2012 as junior sous chef after stints at Lindsay House, Bentleys and Corrigan’s of Mayfair. After rising to sous chef at Pollen Street Social, he joined Social Wine & Tapas as head chef in 2017, creating a menu of modern tapas-style dishes.
