Bio

Traci Des Jardinis is a chef/co-owner of six restaurants. She is one of the top female chefs in the country, a two-time James Beard award-winner and has earned a number of industry accolades throughout her career. Before opening her first restaurant, she worked in some of the highly acclaimed kitchens in Los Angeles, France, and New York City. She is classically trained in French cuisine by some of the best chefs and restaurateurs in the world.

"For late-night satisfaction or just a great gourmet snack, the J Lounge at Jardinière offers a terrific menu of simple and beautifully prepared items from one of the nation's greatest restaurant kitchens. There's always something exciting happening (who knows what great opera star or musician you might encounter here), but this is a place not just to see and be seen. We're talking hand-crafted cocktails, a wide selection of champagnes by the glass, and my favorite charcuterie plate."
